Real Life meets paper

This is where 'real life' meets paper. The wedding day is pure bliss and gone in the blink of an eye. The countless hours spent making the day into what your eye deems as perfection were worth every minute spent, but to hold onto those memories? That is where I come into help. After the initial blog post, the bride receives this special little book to add to her coffee table (or night stand for regular looking). It holds every image for her to review. To me, this little book is priceless. It is your fairy tale on those deep pages. Smiles and love fill each page and a heart full of happiness can't help but overwhelm you. So here we are... the book of all books...
From here images may be ordered into prints to hold those memories on your new walls and the entire collection be had if you so desire to look back at those 'must have' shoes that gave you such joy to place your freshly painted toes in the afternoon of your wedding.
These moments are priceless.
I find myself flipping through again and again the pages of each bride's fairy tale with pure joy and praising God for the love he allows us to experience.
For the Mr. & Mrs. Andy Kennedy and Mr. and Mrs. Ty Riddle this is reality. Real life has met the paper and these memories are theirs forever. Where are your memories?

Until next time...

Mr. & Mrs. Riddle I Wedding

It is amazing to see how every love story works its way out perfectly and exactly in God's timing. Where people come from, the trials they face, and somehow, you end up face to face with the person who makes you happier than a kid in a candy shop. They make your heart stop beating for the moment they take your breath away. Ty and Monica met in college while Ty was play on the basketball team. As Monica would put it, "We are two people that never should have made it, really. We believe our relationship was all a part of God's plan. There's no other explanation."

Girl, you are stunning!
Cheers to the new Mr. & Mrs. Ty Riddle
Sweet, Sweet mama and her baby boy...
I had the opportunity to shoot Ty & Monica's engagement shoot this last fall and I posted a one photo wedding preview, just a couple of weeks ago. This was simply the grand finale.
Enjoy a short, sweet clip of the new couple's beautiful summer wedding.

I hope this made you smile and feel giddy with love. If you didn't catch the Kennedy wedding, take a peak by clicking here. And don't forget to check out the one year anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Stang. Spread the word, share the love.

Riddle Wedding I Coming Soon

I did not even have to look at the rest of the photos that I had taken on their wedding day before I knew that this was the photo I wanted to share with you first. The moment was authentic. He couldn't wait to kiss his bride every moment he could. The sun, soft behind them as he so gingerly placed his hand on the small of her back. Priceless. Elegant. Romantic. Perfect.

The moment the shutter clicked I knew this is the photo I would be sharing with you today. In fact, I think I even said it out loud.
More beautiful images to come of Mr. and Mrs. Ty Riddle!

In the meantime, take a look at the wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Andy Kennedy from just a few short weeks ago. You will be smiling from ear to ear for sure.

Until next time...

Roaring & Ready to Go

Bags are packed once again! Yes, I did just get back to the great state of Florida, but off I go again. Another wedding is ahead and I giddy just thinking about what Saturday will entail. I have the honor of capturing the most special day of the to be Mr. and Mrs. Riddle. I shot their engagement photos back in October and now their wedding day is among us!
So despite wedding festivities, Colorado vacation (blog coming soon), moving, and attempting to transition back into normal life, I am off again! I hope you enjoyed the Kennedy Wedding and are equally excited to see what beauty comes of this weekend.
So until then...

Mr. & Mrs. Kennedy I Wedding

He surprised her on the morning of the Wedding day with a new e-mail address. This was not just a change of last name cutsie, he blew it out of the water. From the day he had gotten down on one knee and asked her to be his forever, he had been writing e-mails that captured every day and the emotions that filled his heart. I stood behind the camera in an Indianapolis hotel holding back the tears, or just blocking my face from view with my large Nikon camera.
This is how the day started, with pure romance and butterflies. From the hotel, we moved to the wedding location, the Oak Hill Mansion on Indianapolis’ north side. It is here that the outdoor wedding and reception were held. The weather could not have been more perfect as the hour approached. Calm, cool, and collected everyone spent time laughing and enjoying their time together. The quaint and romantic ceremony led to drinks on the terrace and a party on the dance floor. Personal and vintage touches were all around and perfectly reflected the love of Andy and Carol.

Andy personally made the programs and what a great job he did.
They rented Vintage furniture pieces to use throughout the wedding day to add that extra touch of pure bliss.
As the only daughter, mama was filled with joy to share the day and the days building up to the wedding with her daughter planning every detail.
And the ceremony began. Quaint and Romantic...
Andy’s family has this old dodge that was a great finishing touch of vintage on the evening and as you know, I fell in love with one image in particular at first glance that you saw in the teaser post.
The couple now lives in Traverse City, Michigan officially as Mr. and Mrs., beginning their life together.
Take a look at their day and the magic it entailed.

Thank you Carol and Andy for a wonderful evening. You are both a blessing to me. I am thankful for the two of you and am blessed to have been a part of your day.
