Erick & Brandy I Engagement

Through the great vine, I got connected with this soon to be bride and groom. Erick is a 2012 graduate from Anderson University and Brandy is a recent, 2012 graduate from the University of Dayton. Both were heavily involved in sports. Their paths crossed a couple of years ago and the rest is history. She now has the bling and they will be married in June of 2013. As a result, we got to spend some quality time together on a hot, Indiana day in June to take some fun photos to show off the fabulous couple they are. Take a look at our very sunny Indiana afternoon...

Speaking of weddings, wedding season is among us and I have a magnificent wedding that I will be shooting in less than a month. I am beyond excited! Erick & Brandy I Coming Soon

In my short trip home to Indianapolis, I was able to squeeze in a photo shoot into my Sunday afternoon. I met up with Brandy and Erick and we talked wedding for a full two hours. June 2013, they will become man and wife, and the time leading up to that date is just exhilarating. Here is a sneak peak of our sunny, summer afternoon photo shoot.

After each photo I think I wanted her red hair more and more. Beautiful right!? A full “best of” preview will be following shortly behind, so keep your eye out for more.

On a side note, I went from Indiana, with brush fires starting on the side of highways due to the lack of rain to a drowning Florida. After hours of delays, I made it back to Florida and my view looks something like this. Welcome to the Sunshine State?

Yes, that is a road…. Here’s to facing my first Hurricane season as a Floridian! Clink* Clink*

David & Adrienne I Engagement

I see the writing on the wall

Love is the purest emotion of life. Love is something our heart fully desires and God has given to our hearts. On September 22, 2012, David and Adrienne are declaring their love before God, their family, and friends. In anxious preparation, engagement photos were in order. On the coldest day of the season in Indiana thus far we ventured our to take their engagement photos that they will treasure for times to come. Why the coldest day, oh just our luck! It was 20 degrees and howling wind with snow in the mix. No fear, despite the shivers, it all went wonderfully. Enjoy what has been prepared for their big day, September 22nd.

While it was a blistering cold day in Indiana, we suffered through the wind and the snow to capture David & Adrienne at their finest. While our booties were numb by the time we were able to come inside, the pictures turned out beautifully. You can't even see them shaking in their boots in the images and the white is breath taking. Here is a little preview of our time to hold you over as I sift through the countless others.

Jonathan & Kelsy I Engagement

I cannot tell you enough times how perfect the morning was to shoot Jonathan and Kelsy's engagement photos. The time we spent together was wonderful! Capturing new and exciting shots of the two of them as a couple at their purest form. They were troopers in meeting my ridiculous requests. I could not be more please with the outcome! I couldn't decide on pictures to cut out of the collection to show off. I even had others take a look and suggest some deletes and they finally threw up their hands and said 'use them all, you can't delete any!' That is a sign of a job well done. I hope you enjoy this sneak peak of the collection as much as I do...

Jonathan & Kelsy I Coming Soon

It was a perfect Saturday morning! While yes, we had a chilly start, the lighting and the day were perfect. We had wonderful time walking from place to place and letting personalities shine through the photos. Here is just one photograph to enjoy!

Ty & Monica I Engagement

Holy cuteness! Going through these photos from our shoot was so much fun! Choosing just a few to share was so incredibly hard! As a result, I cheated and snuck a few more into this blog just because I couldn't kick any more photos off to share to you all! It helps when I had two beautiful people to work with that listened well and were open to anything and everything I came up with. I am thankful for a wonderful afternoon with Ty and Monica and all the fun we came up with. I hope you love these photos as much as I do.
