Jonathan I Senior

Despite being a month away from graduation, this 2011 Senior (or probably just a demand of his mother) wanted to squeak in some portraits in to remember this time. After work I headed home to Greenwood, IN to meet up with Jonathan and his mom for an evening shoot. The sky was perfect! While it was a bit chilly, it turned out to be a wonderful evening. I think it was the first time it hadn't rained in days! I am thankful for the sunshine and the day it brought to central Indiana. So soggy ground and all we marched around town to various locations to get these results! Enjoy!

Manbeck I Maternity

Babies are in the air! You look around and there are baby bumps on bellies everywhere you turn. Kelly is one of those women. With just a couple more weeks to go until she gets to meet her precious baby boy, she took a moment to pause and capture this moment in the lives of both her and her family. I have known Kelly all my life. She was the first call on the babysitting list for quite some time and now she is soon to be a mother of two. We started on the Circle of downtown Indianapolis and ventured just a couple of blocks from that for the afternoon. Kelly is an adorable little pregnant woman and spending time with her, her husband Jonathan, and entertaining little Ian was a blessing to my day.
Thank you Manbeck Family! I am excited for what is ahead for you!

Jordan & Melissa I Engagement

Despite being in the final weeks of Graduate school, I skipped out for the weekend and took a little trip to Nashville, TN  to see Jordan and Melissa. Seeing them just makes my heart happy. Saturday was the big day to get their engagement pictures done and the weather was wooooooonderful. We started at The Factory (where they will be having their wedding reception at in July) and then took a little adventure until we found an abandoned road that fit our fancy. A fun day it was and I think they (especially Jordan) enjoyed struttin' their stuff for the camera. With lots of laughter shared, I would say that marks a great day.
For it all, I am thankful to Jordan and Melissa.
