2012 is coming to a close and 2013 is just hours away. You can look back and see the most joyous moments and the moments that made you want to poke your eye balls out. All in all, I hope 2012 was the best year yet. I hope you have found the joy in your everyday life and not misery in the morning drive to work through piles of traffic. It was a good year right!? It was a year of laughing at your own ridiculousness and feeling accomplished in even the smallest things and loving and being loved by those around you. A year of risks and believing in yourself. A year that you will always remember.
So, to 2013. Let's do this!
Bring on the joys and the trials and the tears of laughter and of sorrow. Bring on the days that will shape us into the person we need to be tomorrow. Bring it all on and may God continue to guide your path and whatever the year may bring. So, yes, Let's do this!
Happy New Years Eve! Enjoy the Mayhem of the good stuff.
Until next time...

Best of 2012
The end of the year allows me to look back and reflect on some of the amazingly awesome people I have had the privilege to meet. What an honor it is to be a part of the most memorable phases of the lives of people across America. Just two years in to this Photography adventure and it has been nothing shy of amazing.
So here we are at the close of year two and what a joy is has been. I thank you, all of my clients, that have made it a year to remember. Here is a look at the best of 2012!
What a wonderful year. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and love. I am excited to see what 2013 has to hold!
Until next time...

A Very Merry Christmas
Life continues to surprise me. You can remember the precise emotions that beat in your heart each year after the presents are opened and life is calm for a brief moment. The pure joy. The angst. The fear. The excitement. Every year some new emotion becomes the leader of the march, but dig in deep and the one that is always there, through thick and thin, is thankfulness. You look back on the trials and realize that you survived it all. And through God's grace you will survive the next curve ball and the next cry that puts you in the fetal position. God is good and He is still with us. Coming as a child, living the perfect life, dyeing on the cross, and rising on the third day, all for me and you. Thankfulness is the root. After all, today is Tuesday and He is God, period.
I wish you all a very Merry Christmas from my home to yours. Give thanks to God. Worship Him. Through His grace we are saved. Who would have thought a manger would tell such a story of the man who would save the world, born on this day.
He is the way, the truth, and the light.
Until next time...

Mr. & Mrs. Fledderjohann [Wedding]
This dairy farmer knows how to fight for what he wants. From the moment Derek met Alicia, he fought for her. He pursued her. And two years later, a beautiful diamond ring was placed on her hand. I love it, the fight for love. Now here we are, December 1st and they became man and wife. The way he looks at her, cares for her, and serves her is seen through every step of their day. The beauty does not stop there but continues through this classic, winter wedding.

Enjoy the video below and let it melt your heart away. Mr. and Mrs. Fledderjohann, so sweet, so classic.
